Donations to NAMS Education Development Council are typically considered non-refundable. As a non-profit organization dedicated to immediate education and sports funding, we often allocate your contribution to specific projects shortly after it is received.

All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this period cannot be honored as funds are already committed to programs.

For donations made via direct bank transfer, the same 7-day policy applies. You must provide a clear screenshot of the bank transfer receipt and your bank details for the return transfer. The donor is responsible for any inter-bank transfer charges incurred during the refund.
