Operating Guidelines

By accessing and using the NAMS Education Development Council website (www.nams.org.lk), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

Our financial interactions are governed by the following rules:

• Voluntary Nature: All donations are voluntary gifts intended for charitable missions.
• Processing: Payments are processed via WebXPay using industry-standard SSL encryption.
• Tax Receipts: Formal receipts are issued automatically via email to the address provided.
• Discretion: While we honor donor intent, NAMS EDC retains full legal control over the final allocation of all funds.

Applicants to the Education Development Fund must adhere to these standards:

• Authenticity: All academic and financial data submitted must be 100% accurate.
• Right to Audit: NAMS EDC reserves the right to conduct field visits or contact institutions for verification.
• Final decision: Award decisions are made by our governance board and are considered final and binding.
• Fraud Penalty: Discovering false information at any stage will result in immediate fund revocation.

Participation in our sports programs comes with specific responsibilities:

• Conduct: All athletes must follow the Code of Conduct highlighting discipline and respect.
• Liability: While we take safety precautions, participation is at the individual's own risk.
• Consent: Minor participants must have a digital/physical consent form signed by a legal guardian.

All brand assets, photography (including sports action shots), and original text on this site are the exclusive property of NAMS EDC. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal actions must be initiated in the courts of Sri Lanka.
